More beautiful people celebrating their engagement! We had absolutely amazing color in the leaves on our session- probably the best I have seen all year. These two make my job easy! I can't wait to celebrate with them at their wedding in the mountains next summer! And how cute is their little pup? Take a minute to check out a few of my favorites from our session:)

I shot Chadd's sister's wedding a few year ago and I am SO excited to have another wedding with their family! Katie is, of course, a doll and I can't wait to see her as a bride! Ok November, where did you go?! We have had our busiest fall to date, so this poor blog has taken a back seat to getting work out the door. BUT, get excited! It's about to be a blogging marathon around here! 8 weddings to blog, 5 engagement sessions, and some seniors as well as personal stuff...Ya'll keep tuning in!
First up is Melissa and Ben! We had a wonderful time exploring in and around Wilmington, where they first met. It was a fun and nostalgic time! We had beautiful light- though it was quite chilly! These two were troopers and I love the variety of shots we were able to get- from campus to the beach. Here are some of my favorites from our shoot- how cute are they???
Amie and Matt's wedding was simply a dream! Amazing planning and execution by Ginger with Hey Love! Events. We loved this whole wedding....the mix of gold and silver metallics, the gorgeous day we had, the love shared by these two- who grew up as next door neighbors! It was sweet and laid back the whole day- everyone just excited to share in the joy of these two tying the knot! Of course Vanlandingham is one of our most favorite venues of all time and we love to get out there any chance we can. Amie and Matt had a first look, which really helped us to be able to use all of the beauty the venue has to offer. Amie was just a vision in her dress- I swear the girl doesn't take a bad photo! And the color palette mixed with the metallic accents was simply timeless and stunning! Matt shined up pretty nice, too;) We could not ask for better couples...we enjoyed every second!
