This was our first time shooting at McGill Rose Garden, and what a treat! It was a perfectly beautiful day to get married in a lovely rose garden! I have loved Katie and Pablo from our first meeting- they are caring, kind, considerate, thoughtful, sweet- so many amazing qualities. I am drawn to these types of people bc I don't think anyone has ever describe me as "sweet":) my "get it done" nature sometimes gets in my own way so I love being around such darling people. They remind me to slow down and look outward and soak up family and friends.
Their first look was such a sweet moment. Katie had nervous energy all day, but once she saw Pablo, all of that slipped away and she could just "be". That's what he does for her! From the family polka to the crocheted beer hat tradition(yes, thats a thing) their wedding ws so much fun! Enjoy these sweet moments of a beautiful couple!!
Love it when I finish up a fusion video! We absolutely love making these wedding films for our wedding couples....so much so that we dream of a day where maybe we offer even more complete video services?! I know, thats crazy, but it does scratch a different creative itch! We have really enjoyed taking on this different medium. As always, love the Duke Mansion and love the beautiful work by Chelish Moore. Enjoy this peak back into their big day!

New favorite venue! The Pavilion at the Angus Barn is so amazing! Hands down some of the best wedding venue staff we have ever worked with! I'm talking these people know whats up- in the best way possible. I couldn't recommend this venue enough! We were super pumped to get to work there after hearing so many great things about it.
Patti and Jonathan had THE PERFECT DAY. I have loved getting to work with these two over the past year +. When I saw patti in her dress for the first time, I was so blown away! Such the perfect dress for her! Her wedding party was a delight to work with and we just had such a smoothe day- many thanks to her other wedding vendors! Her wedding palette was timeless and their friends and family had such a great time truly celebrating these two. Their sweet ceremony overlooked the water and guest were able to mingle in and out of the pavilion as the night went on. It was just one of those magical days! I will take this opportunity to talk about the food at the Angus Barn- fabulous! (ok, I'll shut up about the Angus Barn now....but really. check it out). Patti is such a sweet soul and I am thankful she chose me to shoot such an important day in her life.
