I have been DYING to get a senior out to the fair! This year all the stars aligned and I was so happy we had Madison scheduled while the fair was in town...AND and that she let me drag her there for her session. Granted, she got to eat lots of cotton candy AND a funnel cake, so I think she thought it was a win:) love these bright and cheery images!
I can't wait for Whitney and Michael's wedding at the Duke Mansion next Spring. We love weddings at this beautiful and historic home in the heart of Charlotte. We had so much fun on our engagement shoot! Can't wait for Bridal's next, Whit!:) Hope everyone had an amazing weekend. I know I am loving having to be bundled as we get into this great, cooler weather!
I have been a little MIA over the past week because I made a quick trip to Denver, CO to see my best friends new little baby! The fall is always so nuts, so it was sorta nice to have this trip planned that made me stop and get away + have lots of newborn snuggling. Sweet baby Wilson will be on my blog soon! I tell you what, Sharpe never looked so huge as when I saw him after seeing a 7 lb baby for days! I am back in action and finally getting to blog ALL of the engagement sessions I have been shooting over the past couple of weeks. 2013 weddings are all getting engagement shoots now, and it is just so much fun to finally work with the couples who's weddings we will be shooting next year.
First off, meet Ashley and Ben! I absolutely loved working with these two and I am so excited for their Childress Vineyard wedding next May. They were the first to snag May 18, which has so far proved by leaps and bounds to be the springs hottest wedding date! We had what I call "perfect light". These two are so cute together:) Happy Weekend!
We love making trips to Greenville for weddings and it was great to see some familiar faces at Myers and Andrew's wedding. Boy, it was a hot one, but the bride and groom were adorable. My favorite part of the night was when Myers and her dad were doing their first dance, and to everyone's surprise, they had a special dance planned. At first, Myers acted very shocked like she didn't know why her dad was breaking out into a crazy dance and we were TOTALLY believing her...I mean, I was sorta even feeling her embarrassment that her dad would start doing his own dance! She then joined in and it was such a fun moment. They had everyone rolling and I know it took a lot of practice to pull it off! Joe just told me to put that he always loves Greenville weddings because there is always a plate of bacon at the receptions! HAHA-true story! Apparently, that is the way to his heart:) Andrew and Myers, I am wishing you ALL the best! Can't wait to see you at the next Greenville wedding!:)

I can't stop looking at Taylor's gorgeous skin and eyes in these photos! She looks absolutely flawless. Typically, I rarely like the black and white photo as much as the color photo, but I just couldn't get away from them here. Only with these see-through blues can you get a black and whites like these. Love her! Happy Wednesday!
