So I think it's official! My first senior turned bride! Somehow it feels like a minute and eternity all at the same time. Not only that, but this wedding between Kelle and Sam is extra special. We shot Sam's brothers wedding...and also shot not one, but TWO of Kelle's siblings weddings! The first wedding where we have shot siblings on both bride and groom sides! It's an honor, to say the least, to be there for another family union! I just love these two, their heart and love for Jesus, and the darling way they are with each other. Besides the night of their engagement feeling like a swamp outside(i.e. so hot.), it was hardly work at all. Can't wait until September!

I am so excited about shooting Christina and John's wedding at the Duke Mansion next year! Loving their sweet pups- who also happen to be very photogenic:) These two little buddies were so well behaved our whole session and we had a blast! It threatened to be 100 degrees the day of our shoot, but luckily summer storms made it not so miserable (but lucky we didn't get rained on!). Enjoy some favorites!!

When the hay, the light, the bride, the dress, the EVERYTHING align at a bridal session, I am one happy photog! Adaumont Farms is one of my favorite veunes- it is just beautiful and we were so lucky the hay fields hadn't been cut yet and I was in heaven! Can't wait to share Ally and Wes's wedding soon! This was our first time shooting at McGill Rose Garden, and what a treat! It was a perfectly beautiful day to get married in a lovely rose garden! I have loved Katie and Pablo from our first meeting- they are caring, kind, considerate, thoughtful, sweet- so many amazing qualities. I am drawn to these types of people bc I don't think anyone has ever describe me as "sweet":) my "get it done" nature sometimes gets in my own way so I love being around such darling people. They remind me to slow down and look outward and soak up family and friends.

Their first look was such a sweet moment. Katie had nervous energy all day, but once she saw Pablo, all of that slipped away and she could just "be". That's what he does for her! From the family polka to the crocheted beer hat tradition(yes, thats a thing) their wedding ws so much fun! Enjoy these sweet moments of a beautiful couple!!
