Just one of the funny things about Hef and CT is that they have the same last name. Obviously now of course they do....but I mean even before they got married! Saturday was an absolute blast- I have seriously never seen SO many people dance SO much! There was rain, which nobody was excited about, but luckily we shot around this warehouse that had lots of awnings and we made picture time work! Natural light is always preferable to fake light, even in the rain! Hef and CT- I hope Jamaica is treating you well! Your day was perfect and I was honored to be a part of it.

Hef and CT got married this past Saturday! Besides being one of the most fun dance party receptions I have ever seen, Hef made an absolute stunning bride. More of their wedding to come this week, but for now here are some bridal shots.

She had on sassy shoes. The kind any cute and fashionable girl would wear to a sorority/fraternity mixer. Towards the end of the night, everyone was leaving, and those sassy shoes had become quite painful ( girls, we all have been there). As she was leaving, Laurie told her friends that her feet were killing her. Chris overheard and offered to give her a piggy back ride and the rest was history. Three years later they are getting married this summer at Graylyn, which is a fabulous venue in Winston Salem.

We shot their engagement pictures at Chapel Hill- where they first met over those shoes. Can't wait for your wedding! Happy previewing!

I have been keeping Hurley Park hopping lately! It is such a green and manicured space and I love the way these little ones pop off the lawn! Jack is no different. You may remember him from his Christmas photos- he was the cute one in the little striped onesie that I just died over. We played and played, looked at his first caterpillar, picked flowers, and attempted to stand in the freezing creek. Then I gave him lots of sugar and sent him home with his parents. Man, I love this job!

Ok folks, we are starting something EPIC here on the LLP blog. A summer of blogging has officially begun (ok, so it's still April, but still. and I guess it could have technically begun yesterday, but still). I am going to be blogging nearly everyday weekday for the next 4 months. I know- get pumped right! I say nearly everyday because there are a few days I know I am going to out of town- but you can count on no more week long hiatuses. Or even two day hiatuses, really. There are so many amazing weddings, bridals, engagements, kiddies, and seniors to count- not to mention life stories, too. Yummy photo goodness coming your way everyday. That's right. Put me in your google reader and get ready.
First up (or second if you count Whittney) is Leslie. Another cutie-pie senior and she happens to be the last of my reps for this year. She is so fun loving and adorable- I couldn't bear to put any of her serious pictures up because her smile is so Leslie. Love these...
