These two are so sweet. Raegan and Jack are one of the most laid back couples we have ever worked with. Go with the flow, always smiling, happy to be getting married.....they are adorable! I loved working with Raegan and her mom on all the wedding preparations. They met me when I was about-to-pop pregnant, so I am so glad they trusted me with their big day! I am sure I was a little bit of a mess- not even able to drive myself to our consultation, haha! Their day was perfect: beautiful weather, amazing venues, and a loving family and friend surrounding them in celebration. Enjoy some of my favorites from their day! And don't forget to watch the slideshow at the end- Miranda Lambert gets me everytime! Happy Monday!
Oh, you poor blog! There are so many amazing, georgious images to get up on this space on the internet! Every fall is totally nuts....weddings, family shoots, more weddings, more family shoots and the next wedding seasons engagement sessions all hit at the same time(North Carolina is cool like that) It's been 8 weeks filled with the best fall weather I've ever had AND some of the best clients. What I've had to figure out as I go is managing this crazy professional season AND an adorable little boy who also wants a lot of my time and attention. So, this here blog has had to take a little rest while I've used every spare minute to get work out the door. Keep checking back, I will come out of this craziness with so many posts it will make your head spin!(+ some great shots of Sharpe as he is growing and becoming possibly the worlds cutest kid. an unbiased opinion) I can't wait to show off this seasons best!
First up, Becca and Andrew! It was a fabulous, fabulous day! I know Becca was a little disappointed when the day was pure dreariness, but I am so glad her venue was a life saver! A beautiful covered porch saved the day and we were still able to take some great photos! Becca is friends with many Lindsey Lee Brides(4 + Becca at the wedding!) so the party was truly amazing. My brides have the best times at weddings(and their hubbies)! Their party was filled with folks that love to dance. They also used our photo booth- and these images kill me every time! These two were so sweet together and it was great to see their families so excited about them being together. Enjoy some of my favorites and don't forget to watch the slideshow at the end. Pure fun!
To say Lauren is one of my most favorite muses would be the understatement of the year. I mean, I LOVED taking photos of this beautiful bride and her amazing day! Joe and I were totally obsessed(which I know is a little creepy), but it was totally one of those days where everything loved our camera and we were so thrilled to be part of Lauren and Justin's most perfect wedding. When Lauren moved to Texas, I know she probably couldn't have predicted meeting a true-blue cowboy. And by cowboy, Justin is the real deal. Not one of those 'I wear boots therefore I am a cowboy' sorta guys. Ranching is in his blood and he brings an authenticity with him wherever he goes. It was fate when she was at a dance hall(yes, a dance hall) with a friend and locked eyes with Justin across the room. They pretty much became inseparable from that day forward. With Lauren being from NC, they decided to have a destination wedding up in the hills of the Carolina mountains. Close friends and family were there to support and love on them and it was so sweet to take in. Lauren and Justin both have the most amazing spirits....you could feel their love and respect for each other as they said their personal vows to each other and by the attention they showed each other all day. Justin's family all flew in and they could not have asked for a more perfect backdrop than the Mast Farm Inn. Attention all Mast Farm Inn brides, call me;) We were in photo heaven ALL day! I could not get over the beauty of this property. Justin and Lauren, wishing you SO many years of happiness.
Definitely watch the slideshow at the bottom of the post for more photos of their day.
