Amie and Matt's wedding was simply a dream! Amazing planning and execution by Ginger with Hey Love! Events. We loved this whole wedding....the mix of gold and silver metallics, the gorgeous day we had, the love shared by these two- who grew up as next door neighbors! It was sweet and laid back the whole day- everyone just excited to share in the joy of these two tying the knot! Of course Vanlandingham is one of our most favorite venues of all time and we love to get out there any chance we can. Amie and Matt had a first look, which really helped us to be able to use all of the beauty the venue has to offer. Amie was just a vision in her dress- I swear the girl doesn't take a bad photo! And the color palette mixed with the metallic accents was simply timeless and stunning! Matt shined up pretty nice, too;) We could not ask for better couples...we enjoyed every second! I have loved getting to work with Emily and Penn! I am happy for them that their day has come and gone, but sad for me! Joe and I were so blessed to be a part of their big day- and since Joe and Penn grew up together, it was fun to see so many familiar faces- and some we haven't seen in a LONG time!

Emily had a great vision for their wedding. The reception took place at her home church, a baptist church "way out in the country" that her parents and grandparents attended as well. The reception was at her home/family farm and had southern charm written all over it. She wanted a lot of farm to table elements and it was pulled off just beautifully. The favors came straight from the garden. Some of the flowers came straight from the flower garden Emily herself grew...her dad ground the cornmeal and grits himself and the family restored tractor delivered the wedding party to the tent reception which was located right by the freshly cut corn field. The place has so much meaning for Emily and her family-it was awesome to see everything pulled together around the farm for the celebration! Even the old barn was the "alleyway" to the reception. You all know I was in heaven! Could not have asked for better weather in late September and for the amazing family and friends that came to celebrate.

Caroline and Michael were married at the fabulous Watson House in September. Oh how we just LOVE this venue! Everywhere is a photo opp and we had a blast shooting there. The wedding was super sweet and super fun and their guests danced the night away. Luckily the rain held off and the ceremony went on as planned outside- needless to say we had a VERY happy bride! Caroline was a vision and I just adore her dress- still one of my favorite bridal shoots to date! Here are some of my favorites from the day! Sorry folks, the party of the year has come and gone;) Yup, Sarah and Scott's wedding happened and it was a smashing success! It was a beautiful day and everyone looked amazing and the love was everywhere and they had the best party band and welp, it was just incredible! Here are some of my favorites from their day. Flowers by Reggie's Flower Shop and event design by Brim's Events. Their wedding band was Party on the Moon- this was the second time we've shot this band at a wedding and they are by far the most amazing wedding band we have ever seen. Joe grew up with Lowry and her family, so we could not have been more honored to be asked to shoot her wedding! It was a PERFECT fall day and we loved seeing lots of old friends!
