So excited to share just a few of my favorites from Leslie's bridal session! It's no secret that any time I can get out to The Ivy Place for bridal portaits I am in complete heaven. Their gardens are unmatched with their perfect amount of messy and polished. Such a beautiful spot for such a beautiful bride! Happy Tuesday everyone!
I have loved working with all of my fabulous seniors this year! I shot Andrew's sisters wedding last year, so I was super excited to shoot his senior portraits! We had a great time, and I loved his outfit choices. Here are just a few favorites from our time together! And ATTN: SENIORS- there are two slots left before Christmas, get in touch ASAP if you want to snag one!
This year I deem "Year of the Sibling". This happened a couple of years ago, too. I guess it is a little cyclical! Where to even begin with Kelle and Sam. I've been loving her since she was in middle school, her family means the absolute world to me, and really....there are just no words. This family is one of the most selfless families I know. Amazing parents raising a house full of kids, all who have turned out to be pretty incredible human beings. It's easy to see why, because when you are around this family, you just FEEL. THE. LOVE. Truly. With open arms, everyone is drawn in and made to feel right at home. I guess that happens with you have 6 kids and hoping to adopt more. Kelle and Sam have the sweetest love story, and what's funny about this wedding is that we have shot a sibling on BOTH sides of the bride/groom. It was a perfect culminating trifecta! Joe and I have been been for them since their relationship first started, and it was easy to see they were meant for each other. I really can't do this post justice so I'll let the photos speak for themselves: Kelle, I have never seen you more happy. Sam, I am so proud of you for making this lady your wife;) We love you all so much!
Enjoy these photos from their beautiful wedding (which happened right before it started raining for 3 weeks). Their reception venue is the new Pavilion at DEI. I couldn't recommend more, and you will see why. I don't know that there is a more beautiful venue in all of the Charlotte Metro area. Don't forget to watch the slideshow at the bottom for more photos. Happy Friday!
It's hard to believe we are already nearing the end of our wedding season! We still have quite a few weddings to shoot, but this fall I managed our schedule a little better than falls of the past, so it doesn't seem QUITE as nuts as usual. It's a really great feeling! Summer seems like a lifetime ago, somehow. Sarah Beth and Jeff had such an amazing summer wedding....but I will say without question that I DO NOT miss the heat! Theirs was a hot one, with summer storms blowing through all day, but it still ended up perfectly. The skies parted for our romantics and their guests danced the night away, quite literally! Enjoy some of my favorites from the day and don't forget to watch their fusion video at the end. Happy Wednesday!
I have said this before, but it's worth repeating....families who trust us with more than one of their children's weddings is the biggest compliment we can get in this business. We feel at home with our special "families" and showing up on their wedding day feels like a family reunion! We just adore the Brown Family! They have trusted us with not 1, not 2, but now 3! of their daughters weddings! We can't say enough how much this means to us! Here are some of my favorites from Katie and Haughton's engagement session shot in Gainsville, GA. I can't wait to celebrate big with them this December...and it's really just a shame how the gene pool in this family is so terrible;) Enjoy some of these favorites!
